ABOUT SEEDS TO INSPIRE FOUNDATION
"Whole Systems Healing is a way of cultivating the health and wellbeing of individuals, communities, organizations, societies, and the environment by living and acting with awareness of the wholeness and the interconnectedness of all living systems. Whole Systems Healing is a perspective; a way of thinking, leading, and healing. It prepares us to be agents of individual growth, social change, and environmental restoration."

The Growth of Seeds to Inspire Foundation
2016 — Jacque's healing journey led her to Forks over Knives and her own experimentation with a whole plant food diet (leading to an eventual 164-pound weight loss, the reversal of a Type II diabetes diagnosis, and more. See more about Jacque here.)
2018 — Seeds to Inspire Foundation emerges officially as a 501c(3) nonprofit as Jacque begins to realize the potential for her own healing journey to affect her community's level of health equity. Over the next few years, Seeds to Inspire organizes and participates in community and online events — distributing Bags of Kindness with health-promoting food for families in need, free-to-all documentary screenings, panel discussions, Food For Life classes, and more.
Today and beyond — Seeds to Inspire Foundation continues to promote health equity with free-to-all documentary screenings, panel discussions, workshops, and through programs like Seva Jumpstart that allow participants to witness their body's own healing power when fed delicious and immune-boosting plant-based food.
2020 — With a start-up grant from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Seeds to Inspire Foundation launches the first round of Seva Jumpstart, a program with 10 days of culinary medicine for those in underserved communities to experiment with their body's ability to heal.
